We’re a bunch of wacky makers. We love to make stuff and we want to help you make things, too.
Why? Because we believe that making things is the most human act there is.

…the vast majority of those things would never get made.
This made us sad, and we decided to do something about it.
Many meetings in breweries, studios, and coffee shops later, Checkpoints was born on a piece of paper as a farrago of boxes, arrows, and cat sketches.
Ajay and Danny joined our knitting club soon thereafter, the third and fourth corners of our quilt.
Renaissance man of organization. Eye of the Tiger fan. Exhales in code. If we had to assign him an inanimate object, he’d be our rock. More specifically, an asteroid. It would be purple.
Developer. Artist. Jolly like St. Nick. Even though Jake, Karen, and Ajay live in the desert, they harp on Danny for living in a place that’s even more desert. Because cacti. He’s the real crazy kid here.
Marketer. Nomadic. Wordworm. Doesn’t understand time zones. Writes article ideas on his palm and gets into inky situations. May have been an octopus in a past life.
Designer. Resident pun master. Her cat may or may not be our mascot. We would call her our crazy cat lady but she’s probably the sanest person here. We’re not sure what that means for the rest of us.
